We are excited to announce that on October 1st, 2018, Monroe Transportation Services will be moving to a new transportation management system called “Tailored Logistics Solutions”.
As we transition to the new system we want you to be aware that our customer web portal will be slightly different than you are accustomed to, with enhanced features that will make it easier to get the shipment information you need, and easier to do business with us (see video link below).
We are not able to transfer all of your shipment history from our old system to the new system so, for the next couple of weeks, we will continue to allow access to our old system. Your login and password for both systems are the same as they have been. If you need a POD or any other information about a shipment that was delivered prior to Oct 1st, 2018 please login to the old system as you always have. For shipments that delivered on Oct 1st, 2018 or later, please login to our new portal.
